1. Agreement

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order with NaturALL, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or place orders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Consumer rights under Georgian legislation apply to the extent they cannot be waived.

2. Seller and services

The seller is იანა კუც-ნეიჩერალ, identification code 145820582. The store operates under the name NaturALL.

NaturALL provides an online storefront in Batumi, Georgia, for browsing products, registering, ordering and arranging courier delivery in Batumi or store pickup, subject to availability and the information shown at checkout.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Georgian law to place binding orders.

You are responsible for accurate registration data, keeping login credentials confidential and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Registration (including Google) requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Orders, prices and availability

Product descriptions, prices (GEL), promotions and stock may change. An order is an offer to buy; we may confirm, refuse or adjust it if stock is unavailable, a price error is obvious, or payment cannot be confirmed.

Order totals, delivery fees and any loyalty discount are shown during checkout before you confirm payment.

5. Delivery policy

Courier delivery is offered according to zones and fees shown at checkout (currently focused on Batumi). Pickup is available at the address and hours published on the website.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk and title in goods pass according to the agreed delivery method and applicable Georgian law.

6. Payment

Payment methods are those offered on the website (for example card payment via Flitt or other providers). You must provide accurate payment information.

We are not responsible for outages of banks or payment gateways outside our reasonable control.

7. Loyalty discounts

Registered users may receive cumulative loyalty discounts based on paid purchase history under the rules published on the website.

Loyalty benefits may be adjusted if an order is refunded, cancelled or otherwise reversed according to those rules.

8. Refund policy

Requests regarding defective goods, non-conformity or returns are handled in accordance with Georgian consumer protection rules and the nature of the product (including food/hygiene limitations where applicable).

Where delivery is performed by third-party logistics providers (including intercity carriers and courier services), goods are handed over to the carrier in the manufacturer’s original packaging. To the extent permitted by Georgian law, NaturALL is not liable for damage, spoilage or loss of goods occurring after such handover as a result of the carrier’s fault, the acts or omissions of its personnel or subcontractors, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond NaturALL’s reasonable control during transportation.

Claims relating to damage or non-conformity arising in transit should primarily be addressed to the relevant logistics provider. NaturALL may, where reasonable and where the relevant information is available, assist by confirming the fact and details of handover of the shipment.

Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law that cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape in a harmful way or use the store for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, texts and images belong to NaturALL or are used with permission and may not be copied or reused without authorisation.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by Georgian law, NaturALL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
